Unless you have been instructed otherwise, please wait TWO WORKING DAYS from the time of winning before picking up your prize to assure that your prize is ready.
You will need to bring:
* A photo ID
* Social Security Card or some form of ID with your number on it
We are well aware of the sensitivity surrounding social security numbers and assure you that every measure is taken to keep your information secure and confidential. Please know that we are legally obligated to secure social security number from each winner before a prize can be released, regardless of value.
With the exception of concert tickets, any prize that is not picked up within thirty days will be forfeited.
You can pick up your prize Monday thru Friday, 8 am till 5 pm, excluding holidays, at our studios:
