Kansas City authorities are investigating after campus police at Rockhurst University found a man lying dead last night. Police were called at around 9'Oclock last night to 54th and Lydia. They found a young black male, believed to be 20-years-old. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to a KCPD press release, no cause of death has been determined. Several PRESS REPORTS indicate the man was shot to death. This comes on the heels of a report that showed a decrease in the city's murder rate.
