Kansas Congressman Dennis Moore says there's no hidden agenda and he just wants to spend more time with his family. The 3rd district Lenexa Democrat spoke with reporters Tuesday and said he's tired and it's past the time he and his wife Stephanie agreed he should serve. Moore says that facing a tough re-election campaign didn't figure into his decision. Moore also says his health didn't play a big role in his decision either. He says he'll have a hernia operation in the not too distant future, but that's all. Moore says that Washington has become "ungodly partisan" on both sides. He says 85 percent of what congress does should be non partisan.
