Larry Kidd, the Kansas City man who was arrested in connection to
the Bates City child sex abuse scandal in Lafayette County has been
released from custody. That from the Lafayette County Sheriff. Also,
an arrest warrant has been issued for yet another family member.
72-year-old Darrell Mohler. The Sheriff says they don't know where he
is right now. Investigators say they are done searching the property
where the alleged abuse occurred however they won't go into details
on if anything of significance to the investigation.
