More information on K-C-K's quadruple murder is expected at a news
conference this morning with the Wyandotte County District Attorney.
This while KMBZ has learned the "Person of Interest" in the case has
a criminal history.
37-year-old Adrian Burks -- who was arrested following a police
chase -- has been in jail before. According to court documents... he
served time for robbery and aggravated burglary. He was also charged
in April in Johnson County with criminal threat and battery. Sheena
Gutto is the cousin of the 3-year-old girl who was killed along with
two women and a man. She tells KMBZ she didn't know Burks but she
says he was one of the victims' boyfriend
37-year-old Burks is held on 2-million dollars bond for aggravated
battery that happened the same day of the murders.
