Kansas City Police are paying extra attention to whether or not
you're buckling up. The annual "Click it or Ticket" enforcement is in
full swing from today through the end of the month. A morning press
conference at police headquarters downtown involved a number of guest
speakers, including Weston, Missouri grandmother Leah McDonald.
McDonald was involved in a bad wreck on New Year's Eve several years
ago, but had to undergo extensive physical therapy due to injuries
suffered from not wearing her safety belt.
