Jackson County prosecutors have charged a 69 year old Kansas City
man with 5 rapes going back almost 27 years. Samuel Jackson was
serving 30 years on a rape charge and nearing the end of his
sentence. He
was picked up at a prison in Licking, Missouri and brought to Kansas
City to face the charges. Investigators
say they arrested Jackson after DNA hits. All of the attacks occured
in the Westport area.
