A two-alarm fire damaged the Gold's Gym business in Merriam Wednesday night. There were no injuries. The fire was spotted by a gym member from the outside of the building at 6501 South Frontage Road around 9 o'clock. Several people engaged inworkout activity quickly evacuated as flames spread into the basketball court area. Firefighters contained the fire after about ten minutes. The cause is under investigation.
