Lawyers defending capital murder defendant Edwin Hall in Johnson County accused prosecutors of withholding evidence. Hall is the Olathe man accused of abducting Kelsey Smith at the Overland Park Target store last June, and then raping and strangling her. A judge has now ordered prosecutors to turn over the parking lot surveillance video that depicts the abduction. And he set a March 14th hearing to discuss the sharing of evidence.
