Kansas City, MO - A suspect is under arrest for three KC Northland shootings, including the killing of a popular tattoo artist.

Arnoldo Pompa-Rascon, 41, has been charged with four felonies in connection with the shooting of two men in the Northland Friday night.

According to court documents, Pompa-Rascon admitted that he stole a gun from a South Kansas City home earlier that day and used it to shoot three men, including a victim in a car.

Russell James Fisk, a tattoo artist (pictured), was found dead inside his crashed car around 8 p.m. Friday, near Barry Road and North Marsten.

Charges in Fisk's death are pending.

Pompa-Rascon told investigators, "voices tell him who to shoot but he decides."

Two other people were shot and injured in separate incidents the same night, within a few miles to the north. One victim had life-threatening injuries, police said.

Pompa-Rason was arrested around 1:15 am Tuesday, after being held at gunpoint by a homeowner, who caught Rascon breaking into his truck.

The suspect's car was found later Tuesday, with the gun inside, abandoned in a nearby creek.

While he lists a Kansas City address, police determined Pompa-Rascon is an illegal alien who has crossed the southern US border four times prior.

Bond is set at $1 million.
