NKC Schools break ground on new elementary school in the KC Northland

Kansas City, MO - The North Kansas City School District broke ground today on a new $20 million elementary school.  

The new Northview Elementary at 3900 NE 92nd Street in the KC Northland should ease overcrowding, according to NKC school board president Terry Ward.

The school will be the 22nd elementary school in the district and will accommodate up to 600 students.

It is scheduled to open by fall 2018.
